Project Background
Innovative Leadership Training Through Digital Avatars
Emotional Intelligence Institute (EII) provides leadership training through simulated "difficult" conversations facilitated by professionally trained improvisational actors using digital avatar technology. Their innovative approach helps individuals develop critical communication skills in a controlled, interactive environment.
Scaling the EIIEQ Scheduling Platform
To support this mission, EII developed a scheduling management platform, EIIEQ, which enables clients to efficiently book and manage these unique training sessions. However, as demand grew, the platform required optimizations to enhance user experience, streamline workflows, and ensure smooth scheduling operations. EII engaged our agency to upgrade and refine the existing platform, addressing UX concerns and improving overall system performance.
Our Approach
Comprehensive Audit & Strategic Improvements
Codemap’s role was to conduct a comprehensive audit of the EIIEQ scheduling platform, identifying key areas for improvement across user experience, back-end workflows, database structure, and API integrations. We worked closely with the EII team through weekly progress meetings, ensuring alignment on priorities and rapid implementation of necessary upgrades.
Optimizing Usability and Scheduling Efficiency
The project involved optimizing the platform’s interface to improve usability, enhancing scheduling functionality for better efficiency, and performing rigorous debugging and QA to ensure a seamless user experience.
Ongoing Advisory Support for Digital Strategy
Additionally, we provided ongoing advisory support, helping EII refine their digital strategy and maximize the effectiveness of their platform. Our structured and transparent approach allowed for iterative improvements, ensuring that each enhancement directly benefited the end-users.
